Winner of Survivor: Cook Islands (Season 13): Yul Kwon
Yul Kwon was named the winner of Survivor: Cook Islands Season 13 during the finale on December 17, 2006. He defeated runners-up Ozzy Lusth and Becky Lee by a vote of 5-4-0. At the time of his win, Yul was a 31-year-old management consultant from San Mateo, California. Yul was the chief strategist of the surprisingly successful Aitu Four alliance and successfully used a hidden immunity idol to earn the trust of Jonathan Penner. Yul’s balanced social game and keen strategy throughout helped earn him the victory.
