It was a tough week for our Reality TV Showmances

Rob Cesternino and Nicole Cesternino (that’s weird to type) are back from their honeymoon and they have a lot of Big Brother and Jersey Shore to catch up on. On this show we find out:

- What is in the cards for Big Brother now that Brendon and Rachel are split up? Why is Nicole happy and Rob sad about this week’s eviction?

Hey Rob and Nicole, I'm listening now, and I agree with both of you on the Rachel issue, she makes Big Brother SO MUCH BETTER (<- Screaming in the DR), but she was such a self centered bitch that it makes me glad shes gone. I think that Rob should stop calling out Nicole for being mean to Brendon if hes gonna be mean to Kathy. She is pretty useless but every season they have that character on the show, Cowboy BB5, Chicken George and Erika BB7, Zack and Jomeka BB8, Ollie BB10 (except in the hoh room with April haha). Both Rob and Nicole should be able to bash freely. Rob I also loved the part also where Ragan and Brittney fought with Brendon. That was awesome! I HATED when Julie told Rachel she might see more of the house, and Rob they also brought James back in BB9. I hope you can get a past BB houseguest, but you two are phenominal. I want you to know this hiatus without your podcast was awful. I love each week knowing i'm going to be getting your podcast. Thanks so much for entertaining my car rides for the past couple months. I really appreciate it,

and PS this is an idea for an off season show which idk if you (Rob) would ever do, Just from a survivor fan if you ever did a show with Jenna Morasca talking about some stories or experiences for the Amazon, us hardcore survivor fans love stuff like that, Just a thought…

Hey Rob and Nicole,
first of all congratulations and good luck on your life together…now I am aware that you guys don't watch the live feeds but as a subscriber there is one particular trait that young matthew possesses that really bothers me. Wherever he is, whenever it is….his hands are in his pants. He is not doing anything with his hands but they are always comfortably down there. Also, after seeing a member of mensa play Big Brother for 6 weeks, I actually prefer watching a member of “jensa” play

By the way, about Kathy — I think Big Brother casted her because every season (usually) they have a semi-attractive older woman in the house … who turns out to be good entertainment… (i.e. Sheryl BB2, Tonya BB3, Kail BB8, Sheila BB9, Renny BB10) … most of them have been hit or miss in entertainment value.

So this is kind of oldish/some newish but what I read on feed updates you might be interested to know because the show leaves out so much:
-Rachel's floaters HOH win, Regan threw it when it was Rachel vs. Regan on question. He sits in the hamack at night and talks to the people watching the feeds/laying out situations that could happen, and he said it would be best if Rachel or Brendon won that week because they would not go after him and then next week people would still be going after B/R so if he wore a navy blue long sleeve shirt on eviction day, then he was throwing the comp, and he did wear one.

It was actually Regan that first in a way figured out the brigade without knowing it. I don't know why they did not show that at all. During Rachel's HOH he was talking to her in the room and telling her it would be best to keep Kristen because if she really looked around the house, about who hangs out/who would have each others back is Hayden/Lane/Enzo. He said if Hayden stayed he would have Lane/Enzo behind him, if Kristen stayed, she would have no one. At one point Rachel kind of saw the light about it, but it faded.

Enzo has Brendon and so does Hayden now, but Enzo more. Before eviction they (house) wanted to pretend that Brendon was the one that would go home, and then blindside them by sending Rachel home to throw Brendon off in the HOH comp. Enzo went and told Brendon to gain his confidence that Rachel was the actual one going home.

The brigade is splitting and starting to have different opinions about who the final 6 and even 4 should be, this has happened over the last 3 days, so they might show it Sunday, if not I will leave it in next podcast comments. Do not count the drama out for them!

Ohhh Rachel….she does those mean comments for TV. The bring it one was planned out for TV, but made her look bad to the house even though she went around saying, “Sorry I am just doing it for good TV” but it still left bad impression on everyone.

Final feed one: They all do “Jedi training” together which is weird..If you get a BB guest I would like to know if they did it with their alliance or everyone. They go through the dates/events together, quizzing each other about each other also for quiz HOH. BUT Matt throws out random wrong facts about himself to throw people off in hopes they will get a question wrong.

Random fact you might find interesting that Britney talked about: Her mom got through the auditions for the first season of “Survivor,” and was in the same group as Rudy and Richard.

“The golden comment of the week” could be the name.

JS2: Vinny is my favorite. Snooki is boring because has a boyfriend and isn't out looking for juice heads. I think Sammy is so boring and her/Ronnie left I would not care. Angelina is not that bad this season.

Hey Rob and Nicole. First off, congrats on the wedding! I wish you two all the happiness in the world together. I've been a big fan of Rob ever since Survivor Amazon, and I've listened to a lot of your podcasts including Big Brother, Lost, and Survivor and now have summoned the courage to voice my opinions. Now as far as Big Brother goes, I agree with Rob about Kathy. I understand that the show needs people like her, but it justs urks me on how contestants like her barely do anything strategic or in competitions. Big Brother (and Survivor) are the most interesting to me when the contestants playing good strategic games, and the only one whom I think is playing a good strategic game is Matt.Matt has made himself well-liked by just about everyone, volunteered himself as a pawn knowing he wouldn't be evicted, and came up with a clever (and debatably offensive) lie to secure jury votes. The only thing that might be Matt's downfall in the game is winning two HOH's early in the game. The only other player whom has played a fairly good game is Enzo with bringing together the Brigade and his well-liked personality. Overall, the season is going great for me with studying Matt's gameplay and I hope you guys still enjoy the season despite Rachael leaving. Thank you both so much for all that you have given me to listen to while I my papers. Best of luck to Mr. and Mrs. Cesternino!

P.S. They just announced the cast for Survivor Nicaragua. If you guys want, you could do a podcast based on their profiles and predict how each contestant will do. Just something to think about.

I usually only like the season's where the people I like do well, and this season I've only really liked Annie and Andrew, and I completely hate the brigade. Congratulations for the wedding, Rob and Nicole!

I missed the podcast especially these past two weeks, when this Big Brother season was great, but now I think it's going to be really dull because the Brigade sucks and the only good character is Britney.

I hope they bring Rachel back because she has SO DELUSIONAL that everything she did was so laughable and entertaining, and I'm so sad that no one left besides Britney is a little big entertaining. It sucks that the Brigade will dominate this season because the rest of the cast seems like they're not even trying to win the 500k.

The Saboteur sucks and I think the players are not even caring about it anymore, which is sad. Last year's BB twist was not that great either, but at least it created a lot of fights and drama, but this year's twist isn't affecting the game in any way.

Nicole was wrong for the right time! Matt's wife didn't support the whole disease move, but she wrote the letter in a way people might think she was sick. I right wanted her to write a letter denying everything just because Matt think he's the BEST FREAKING PLAYER OF ALL TIME, and she's not even close. He sucks! I hope he gets backdoored. I don't know how, but I hope someone will do that eventually.

You guys should do a podcast telling what you think the cast of Survivor Nicaragua, because I think this season has some great potencial.

Hi rob and Nicole great to see u back from ur hiatus. First off live this two show podcasting type thing. First off rob I really miss the Rachel laugh button. Second off all I hate to say this But Ronnie and sammi will be returning for Season 3 . The only non returning castmate is robs new favorite Angelina. Appearently someone threw a bag of weed at her in Miami.she is being replaced by a girl named Deena which I found funny because the only other Deena I know is the one who was on robs season of survivor. Also I don't know if u heard this but (spoiler) snookie got arrested in nj last week. (end of spoiler) I thought you guys would also find it funny to know I sawsnookie on the boardwalk the other day and let me just say she is the size of a fourth grader. As I walked by I did adouble take and as I was about too say hi her bodyguard told me to go away.

This is the first time I have watched a season of Big Brother, and from reading the comments, it looks like a lot of your listeners are in the same boat. So I have a couple of general questions about the show. Is this Brigade situation pretty common (One alliance being able to stay under the radar and pretty much running the house)? How is this season ranking compared to the other ones? Thanks and please record as many car-casts, train-casts or even bike-casts as possible.

guys… WELCOME BACK! this may be my favorite podcast ever… for a coupel of reasons….
(1) first off, absence makes the heart go fonder…. you were missed so now that your back, i was loving hearing you guys again. so that being said, keep up the great work! and

(2) i feel from your tone and what you said about JS2, that the honeymoon might be over…. of an hour and 20 minute podcast, only 25 minutes (actually less than that in aggregate) could be devoted to it, so it sounds to me like it cant carry a podcast on its own. it just sounded to me like maybe the show is losing its lustre… which to haters like me is a very good thing.

thanks for your efforts as always…. even though JS sucks. and when you stop podcasting it from lack of interest not only due to listeners not caring, but you guys losing interest in the show…. dont worry, you wont hear an “i told you so” from me… even though i fully expect you to throw it in my face when the Jets destroy the Bills this year. ;)

okay… do rachel and brenden drive me crazy? yes. but even sstill…. THEY MAKE THE SHOW. this whole season is about to go down the shitter now that the nutjob rachel was evicted…. and the producers know it hence them bringing her back… even if on a temprary basis… they need her in there… even if simply for drama.

i am with you Rob 100%, she is BB12 MVP. bar none.

and regards to Britney? i was all on her bandwagon early on but now i pretty much HATE her…. for the same reasons as Rob not liking peopel that are personally insulting to others. it seems liek thta is all she's got. she hated rachel for talkign abotu rachel 100% of the time, and britney talks abotu rachel 100% of the time… ya know what i mean? and her insults are really hateful and personal and non-stop. it seems like she is a one-trick pony… non-stop making fun of someone to me really isnt all thta funny. i mean, the first time, yeah i laughed, second time? i laughed a little less… third time… even less and so on and so forth. i'm over it.

sort of like the comedian that has to rely on insulting someone for laughs? not too talented in my book. just sayin. needless to say i'm looking forward to her getting evicted. i'll miss her rockin body though.

Congrats again on your marriage. I love you guys together. You do have great chemistry (more than Brendan and Rachel). I am a first time commenter but I've been listening to the show since the Jonathan interview, but I finally decided to “de-lurk”. I think I will miss Rachel, though I hated her like Nicole. I would've rather seen Brendan go. I really don't want Britney to get evicted. I agree with Nicole; she's the star! Also, I'm enjoying listening to you guys talk about Jersey Shore. I don't watch it (don't have the time), but it sounds entertaining as heck so maybe I will check it out. Also, I would be totally up for a Hard Knocks podcast. I'm a huge football nut (not to mention a big fan of L.T. and Mark Sanchez) so I'd love to watch the show, but can't as I don't have HBO. Hopefully you're getting some good response about that. Keep up the good work and it was great to hear from you guys again.

Do you watch the live feed at all?

Hayden is clearly top dog at the moment. He has Final 2 deals with Lane and Enzo (and everyone else in the house bar Matt and Ragan). Everyone in the house loves him, even those who he has been plotting to get rid of for weeks. You'd never realise it if you just watched the 3 shows a week but he has played a fantastic game recently and looks like the favourite to win at the moment. That could, and probably will, all change of course. Matt is the 4th member of the Brigade. The rest of them don't trust him at all and have actually been plotting to get him nominated and then evicted for a while now. Britney hasn't been the unofficial 5th member of the Brigade for like a month. Kathy and Brendon have been vying for that role recently, Enzo changes his mind every couple hours so its hard to say who they plan on taking with them currently. Not that Enzo has much say in anything, Hayden has to follow him round alot of time to stop him from doing anything stupid as the guy can't keep his mouth shut.

This doesn't count as spoilers does it? I wasn't sure whether its just the competitions/nominations that you don't want us talking about before they have been shown on tv or game talk as well.

PS – Congratz on the wedding, sounds like you two had a great time. Also I agree with the previous poster who asked if you could do some more carcasts, too much happens between podcasts so a carcast where you answer some of the comments on here helps to fill the gap.

I know you only have three hours a week and a podcast to put into BB this year..but the Rachel/Regan fight was better and bigger.
I could only find it in clips since the guy taped the feeds from his phone and put it onto YouTube. Each clip is around 2 minutes, but so much good material. I am thinking Rachel's “Toby” insult was meant from The Office when she called him that…I like Toby!

OMG, these are the very two points I wanted to mention while listening to the podcast (still listening!). I love Sheila and Renny I think they were great TV and one of them hopefully would come back for an BB-ASS, yes, BB-ASS – -||.

AND would you consider making a Prediction-or-something show about the up-coming season of Survivor. That would be great.

I think actually Brenchel would be great on The Amazing Race. They would be like Jennifer and Nathan from S12 but only more annoying and less adorable. Double J on TAR last season turned out not to be great at all I have to say except for Jeff saying 'we should never have babies'.

I see a lot of similarities in Matt's Big Brother game and your Survivor game. Just weaving through multiple alliances seamlessly, while controlling the entire game very subtly. Do you agree with that?

wow lots to talk about. i recall alot at what happened in the past week so im not sure how long this comment will be. i, apparently the only one, like kathy. i love how she plays on her own, is herself and doesnt go with the house. ive loved britney since i saw her and monet in the backyard. i am very excited to hear the podcast on what has happened since rachel was evicted, in my opinion the most eventful stuff so far this season. i dont like enzo and hayden so much, i dont think either have been playing the game at all this season and are definitely the weak members of the brigade in my opinion. i can see matt breaking off the brigade to be with ragan and britney, might be a smarter choice for him. anyhoo aside from my lackluster comment welcome back and as always, great podcast. looking forward to the next one!

Rob it seens like all the new reality show players are more concered about the post show stuff than actually playing the game there's too much bullshit talk on big brother about what will happen after the show even enzo whom i think is solid on the show talking about wanting to make a movie and worried about if america likes him and matt wanting to do the brigade t-shirts back in the day im sure you never played worried the future are these new player all media whores ?
